Re: Down to 10 ?able packages.



I would like to keep options as open as possible and make this as flexible
a setup as possible.  I'm no smtp expert but more of a scribe and
facilitator....I have to rely on the more technically advanced for "alot"
of help :-).

I think we better put it on the list of considerations:

That's:

TIS ftk combined with sendmail/smail
qmail
VMailer
exim


But tell me, what makes exim secure?  The others strive to segregate tasks
so as to limit the dangerous options available during an smtp session and
also limit privelages to just that recquire for the job.

How does exim stack up in this regard?
