You're right. Such a line was part of your translation but please note
that $Id:$ is a special CVS keyword and is replaced by the current
revision of the file, e.g. 1.1 for your first version, current is 1.3.
I added an explicit comment in the first line of your file.

I cannot read it too :-))
Probably an encoding error. Try to save the attachment of my mail and
open it in kwrite. In this application you can manually select the
encoding (see View->Encoding). Select the one of your document.

Even if this fails you want to compare revision 1.1 with 1.2 using
http://cvs.debian.org/ddp/manuals.sgml/release-notes/ko/release-notes.ko.sgml?cvsroot=debian-doc
or just compare current CVS version with your file from your mail.

I marked the outcommented paragraph with
"FIXME: build fails for this paragraph, check it and readd.", search for
this!

You see it was 1.1 and 1.2. Now it's 1.3.

There was a problem in the heading containing "morereading". Please
check this heading in the output.
