hi all,
i have a problem with X. seems it doesn't load the PEX and XIE
modules. my /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/XF86Config setup points modulepath to
/usr/X11R6/lib/modules, but i don't have this dir. i do have
/usr/X11R6/lib/libPEX5.so.6.0 / libXIE.so.6.0. am i missing something for
the modules or am i to use these libs, if so how?
Also in various programs i get 'warning: color name "white" is not
defined` this is also true for black. anyideas on how to fix this? i am
getting colors for other applications so i'm kinda confused about this.
just a comment on mice. i have had this problem and notice alot of
others having the same problem. since SO MANY ppl seem to use the ps/2
style mouse, why is it not supported with the standard kernel instead of
haveing to recompile the kernel for support? at least once a week on this
list i see ppl ask this question.
