This package cannot be uploaded without a human Uploader.  See #1019031
and current git history for more info.  Either

1. Add yourself to Uploaders
or
2. Set QA team as Maintainer and add changelog entry to orphan the
   package
or
3. As me to orphan it.

If you do 1 or 2, then file a new RFS.
