Package: sponsorship-requests Severity: important X-Debbugs-CC: kilobyte@angband.pl Control: block 1028641 by -1 Dear mentors, I am looking for a sponsor for my package "libquazip1-qt5": * Package name : libquazip1-qt5 Version : 1.4-1 Upstream contact : Sergey A. Tachenov <sergei@tachenov.name> * URL : https://github.com/stachenov/quazip * License : LGPL-2.1+ with static linking exception, zlib * Vcs : https://salsa.debian.org/BenTheTechGuy/libquazip1-qt5 Section : libs Changes since the last upload: libquazip1-qt5 (1.4-1) unstable; urgency=medium . * New upstream version * Add dependencies on Qt5 and zlib1g (Closes: #1028641) I am the maintainer of this package, and a previous version of it was successfully uploaded in October of last year. As I am a Debian Maintainer, I asked my sponsor for upload privileges, but didn't receive a response. Two months later, there was an RC bug #1028641 that I fixed, and I emailed again asking him to upload the fixed version, receiving no response. It has been another two months since then, and there has been a new upstream release. Since it's unlikely my original sponsor will respond at this point, I'm asking for a new one to upload this package and potentially grant me DM upload privileges for it. I'd like to note that the sister package libquazip1-qt6, with the same sponsor, has DM upload permissions, and its corresponding RC bug was fixed promptly. Thanks, -- Ben WestoverAttachment: OpenPGP_signature
