Dear Adam, Daiki, Mike, debian-input-method members and mentors,

As a continuation of dealing with massive RC bugs inside the Input Method Team,
I have prepared a team upload for package "libskk". There's no symbol change
and transition is not needed either.

Besides, I am looking for a DD to help moving my temporary git repository
(https://salsa.debian.org/hosiet-guest/libskk.git) under Salsa's Debian group
(https://salsa.debian.org/debian/libskk.git) and grant me (hosiet-guest) the
Master role so that I could continue to push commits and maintain package
there.

It is found that libskk would randomly FTBFS during tests [1] so I disabled
parallel build for this upload. Further investigation should be needed later.

Adam, I have fixed the missing upload 1.0.2-3 as you mentioned in
https://lists.debian.org/debian-mentors/2018/06/msg00206.html .
This commit does not harm much since it's merely a removal of M-A mark and it
is not the root cause of random FTBFS.

Daiki, please also feel free to examine my work and make suggestions if you
find it necessary.
