Package: apt

Version: apt 2.3.13

apt apt 2.3.13 (armhf).

After update of libsystemd0 to current (libsystemd0_247.3-6_armhf or libsystemd0_249.7-1_armhf) apt stops working with the error

"apt: /lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/libsystemd.so.0: version `LIBSYSTEMD_221' not found (required by /usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/libapt-pkg.so.6.0)"

Manually installing libsystemd0_241-7~deb10u8_armhf.deb solves the problem for apt, however i get "unmet dependencies" and "apt --fix-broken install" upgrades libsystemd0 again, which leads to apt not working.

It seems you do not use usrmerge, and you have an old version leftover
in /lib that you want to remove, the file is now shipped in /usr/lib.
