Bug#27063: apt: I should follow HTTP redirects.

Ok, the mirror shouldn't send redirects. But if it does, why not handling
the situation? Remember the `be open about what you accept and restrict what
you send' philosophy.
Besides, you cannot anticipate to what somebody will try to do sometime,
expecting apt to be a well-behaved HTTP client.
