I can't reproduce here myself (with Chromium) but I can see on the above bug
that there's been a fix in xfwm4 itself
(https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/xfwm4/-/commit/488288f6e35d5d3dc077e87fe2ed83129692f62e)
That should be part of the next xfwm4 release and we'll pick it by that time.
