Hi,

There is no .iso downlink specifically for KDE. Debian provides a netinst
iso that will allow you to install any of several desktop environments.

https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/unofficial/non-free/cd-including-firmware/current/amd64/iso-cd/firmware-11.4.0-amd64-netinst.iso

If you download the DVD .iso file, then this will also allow you to do
the same but there will be more on the initial file, so maybe a smaller
download from the network if there are bandwidth issues but at the cost
of a larger initial download.

When the installer goes through to the tasksel step of selecting package
groups to install, uncheck GNOME and check KDE.

As above: this is unlike Kubuntu, for example: Canonical issue separate
.iso files per desktop.

An alternative is to use the debian-live images: these are significantly
larger than the netinst but come with an installed desktop.

https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/unofficial/non-free/cd-including-firmware/current-live/amd64/iso-hybrid/debian-live-11.4.0-amd64-kde+nonfree.iso

I have specifically included the images which include non-free firmware in
them as this may work more easily with more modern laptops for a first
install. The firmware is not free software: we can distribute it but we
can only give you what the vendors provide and non-free software is not
part of the main Debian distribution.

You may find it easier to ask further questions on the debian-user mailing list.

With every good wish, as ever,

Andy Cater
