content negotiation

Hello.

I'm a member of Debian User Group Bulgaria, and we're currently trying to
resolve a content_negotiation problem with our mirror (www.bg.debian.org),
which appears to be servering without considering browsers preferences.
The apache configuration seems absolutly ok to us, but a strange question
poped:

in the documentation of mod_negotioation at httpd.apache.org all examples
and documentation are given with

foo.html.en
foo.html.fr

(for example), while in http://www.debian.org/mirror/webmirror
they're given with foo.en.html and foo.fr.html, and the files recieved
from our mirror, and the files I checked at www.debian.org follow this
naming convention.

Could you give us an idea if this could be a problem and how to resolve
this case ?

happy hacking,
velin
