I'm not terribly familiar with the LOKI integration but that
particular dependency has been bothering me for a while given how much
stuff it pulls in.
I'd love to see it gone, but I'd have to figure out exactly what's
needed and how easy it may be to re-implement.

I wouldn't expect the LOKI log ingest protocol to be so complicated
that it needs such a large dependency chain.
