Justification: Maintainer decision, prevent too early testing migration
wine-development 1.9.16-1 breaks wine < 1.8.3-3 to avoid file name
conflicts resulting from the Debian alternatives system, which was
introduced in these versions.
I just uploaded wine 1.8.3-3 and will close this bug as soon as wine has
migrated to testing.

This bug was still marked as affecting unstable, probably because of the
unbuilt hurd/kfreebsd packages in combination with my removal of the
found version. So I readded it, and close the bug again without
specifying a version.
In hindsight, this bug was probably not needed at all, because "breaks"
should be honored for the migration to testing. Lesson learned.
