Your system thinks to have IPv6 connectivity while it has not.
Find out why this is the case and you solve this problem.
A different (unelegant) workaround would be to edit /etc/gai.conf and
activate the line that reads "precedence ::ffff:0:0/96 100" (line 54
in my file here).
