Can you give us a hardware dump? I.e. brand, model, vid card type, if you built
it yourself from parts, what mobo, etc? Is it a laptop or desktop?
Is it a brand new computer, or previously used to run Windows or another
iteration of Linux? Has it ever run without problems previously to installing
2.6.26?
