Because kde is a meta package that is not really needed and is at an 
older version than what you are installing. The kdepim is a meta 
package as well so is not really needed and apt thinks you are using the 
testing/sarge branch thus wants to uninstall it. The other two are old 
versions that no longer in the archive and will be replaced by packages 
that you are installing now because the names have changed. You will 
have to figure out the new name of the -dev package it does not seem to 
exist at all.
