There is no separate "g++ compiler". "gcc" and "g++" are merely different
front-ends for GNU CC. Thus, the "altgcc" package also has
/usr/i486-linuxlibc1/bin/g++ ; you also need "libg++27-altdev" to compile
C++ programs for libc5.
