Hi there. I just bought this card last month and i used it on a Dell
aswell. It was in the /usr/lib/X11/Cards fill in 1.2 as the second last
entry:
 
# Matrox

NAME Matrox Millennium (MGA)
CHIPSET mga2064w
SERVER SVGA
NOCLOCKPROBE
