I don't think it has anything to do with BIOS32. That message about its being
required is spurious, and has been changed in new kernels.

First, be real sure you have written the floppy correctly. The floppy
image file was compressed with "gzip", be sure you uncompressed it before
writing it.

If writing it from a different system doesn't help, try installing
the uuencoded and gzipped version of the "fdflush" program I have included
in this message, and use these commands to install the floppy:

	cd /root (assuming the hard drive root is mounted on /root)
	fdflush
	dd if=/dev/fd0 of=floppy1 bs=1k
	gunzip < floppy1 | cpio -i

Repeat the above procedure for each of the base floppies. The "fdflush" program
makes up for a broken floppy-disk-change sensor, which is a frequent problem
and doesn't always show up under DOS.
