O que eu fiz agora foi colocar essas informações no /etc/wvdial.conf:

[Dialer Defaults]

Modem = /dev/ttyACM0

Baud = 460800

Init1 = ATZ

Init2 = ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 +FCLASS=0

ISDN = 0

Modem Type = Analog Modem

Phone = *99#

Username = claro

Password = claro

Stupid Mode = 1

Depois eu executei como root wvdial, para se conectar e deu isso, mas não foi:

# wvdial

--> Cannot get information for serial port.

--> Initializing modem.

Olha, só acrescentando, quando conectei no nokia no pc suite e dei agora wvdial dial, apareceu isso de diferente agora:

Found an USB modem on /dev/ttyACM0.

Modem configuration written to create.

Pesquise por wireless tethering. Se o seu celular for compatível com o
cyanogenmod, isso é trivial. Basta criar a senha de acesso e habilitar o
tether.
