isso aparentemente não quer dizer que seu Pen Dirve de PAU nao.....isso parece que é alguma área que o kernel ta tentando acessar e está dando erro de leitura no pen drive........
experimenta formatar em fat32.....faz um backup e formate na FORMATAÇÃO COMPLETA....depois coloque de novo e veja......se persistir o erro, ou pode ser o seu kernel que está com algum modulo corrompido, deletado ou não foi instalado...............ou seu pen drive deu pau mermo....heehhahahah
