"security" quebrado ?

Estou tentando atualizar a lista de pacotes p/as novas descobertas do 
Debian e tudo q retorna é o seguinte :

Reading Package Lists... Error!
E: Dynamic MMap ran out of room
E: Error occured while processing noatun (NewVersion1)
E: Problem with MergeList 
/var/lib/apt/lists/security.debian.org_dists_stable_updates_main_binary-i386_Packages
E: The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.

Alguém está conseguindo usar "apt-get update" ?
Nunca ví isso acontecer no security !!
No testing, no unstable, já ví várias vezes, mas no security ?!?
