"The license of the RFC documents (mibiana/* and mibrfcs/*) has been changed
on November 10, 2008. Most importantly, any RFC before this date may not be
modified, and derivative works of it may not be created, except to publish
it as an RFC and to translate it into languages other than English end
other than to extract the MIB as-is for separate use. MIBs containedin RFCs
published after this date, however, my be used under the BSD license below."
