Du definierst hier zweimal das eth0, kann mir nicht vorstellen das es so geht!
Bei mir und bei Tante Google sieht das so aus...:
iface eth0 inet static
address 85.x.x.x
netmask 255.255.255.240
gateway 85.x.x.x
post-up ip -6 addr add 2a01:x:x:x:x:x:x:x/64 dev eth0
post-up ip -6 route add 2a01:x:x:x::/64 dev eth0
dns-nameservers 172.31.0.10
dns-search innofinity.de
