Das ist eine Bash-Erweiterung. Der Output des Kommandos (find) wird in
eine Pipe geschrieben und stdin wird auf diese Pipe umgebogen. Stichwort
"process substitution":

Würde ich möglichst vermeiden, wenn das Skript auch mit anderen Shells
laufen soll. Ist aber ein ganz nettes Feature, gerade auch interaktiv
z.B. in Zusammenhang mit diff.
