Bug#947064: texlive-fonts-extra: fourier-orns.sty broken, docs using the Fourier font no longer compile

Yes, sorry, as explained yesterday the two reports were copy-pasted from 
two different machines. These machines are supposed to be clones, but I 
find at this occasion that it is not the case.

After running dist-upgrade on both machines I found that the version 
number still differed. I was baffled but finally found the problem: one 
machine has an /etc/apt/preferences file, the other hasn't (although it 
should have) and since buster, testing and unstable are all present in 
sources.list, the machines indeed did not have the same version of the 
packages.
