Bug#874632: texinfo: inconsistent papersize for generated dvi and ps

What I meant is:
I first tried "a4" (i.e. not changing the current setting), but
it did not change anything: I still had a mix of a4 and letter.
Then I chose "letter", and I got the choice of what to affect
(pdftex, dvips, dvipdfmx, xdvi); I let the 4 programs checked
(default), and everything was set to letter. Then I chose "a4",
and everything was set to a4 (I no longer had to choose which
programs to affect).

Indeed, this question occurred only when I had a mix of a4 and letter.
