Hi Hauke,

with TL 2015 we also got a new release of etoolbox, that was taken
over by Joseph Wright.

Do you plan to package this version, or should we just make it 
a transitional package to texlive-latex-extra, where the
newer version is already shipped (!!!).

Please let me know your preferences
