Bug#718264: luatex has unused build-deps on poppler libraries

Might be, but we have to wait for libpng1.6 to enter unstable *AND*
all the depending libs rebuild ... so don't get overly excited, it
might be another 15 years if I compare to current libpng history ;-)

That is *REALLY*REALLY*REALLY* great to hear. Up to now cooperation
with libpoppler was non-existent, breaking updates of libpoppler
were unannounced just uploaded, it was quite painful.

I hope that it is getting better from now on, and I will contribute
my best to it, if feasibly possible.

No idea what these checks are doing, but pixman is required for building
luatex, if it is necessary or not, I don't care too much, and I don't plan
to make it more portable, especially in the light that I might drop the
luatex package and build form TL source for TL2014.
