These descriptions are provided by upstream, and it doesn't make sense
that we change them if they don't follow. I agree with the general
Debian guidelines for using complete sentences. However, in this
particular case I find it hard to argue with upstream why for example
Support for typesetting German.

What do you think - do you have any convincing arguments?

That's a bug in the upstream scripts or data, we'll forward this.
