Bashisms in LuaTeX 0.15

Hi,

The LuaTeX 0.15 package has a bashism when trying to stat these files:

build/texk/web2c
- luatex
- tangle
- tangleboot
- luatangle
build/texk/web2c/web2c
- fixwrites
- splitup
- web2c

The problem with this is that the package fails to build on Ubuntu, where the default /bin/sh shell is dash
instead of bash. Please correct the script in questions to start with #!/bin/bash
