Bug#329228: tetex-extra: would you consider including the "clrscode" algorithm typesetting package?

We can also forward the request for inclusion to Thomas Esser (the te in
teTeX), but even if he accepts this will only have an effect in the next
upstream release.  And although it has been speculated that there should
be a point release rather soon (or should have been in early fall), I
get the feeling from some things Thomas recently said that he won't have
time for a point release very soon.
