Is there a kind of 'policy' how to package LateX class files (which are not
part of any tetex-*.deb)?
I want to package e.g. 'truncate.sty' and need to know how to best handle
this (e.g. is there a default LOCALTEXMF tree in Debian's default texmf.cnf,
are there any special helper functions/scripts, etc.).
