I see but I would like to leave it to someone else.
The mail from Radim is precisely cited above and it is
whole of it.

I see.  But I will not do anything to packages themselves at least
for a while.  It is enough for me if I could be of any help for 
tetex-maintainers.

I see.  The reason of unset a TEXMF environment variable is certainly
not clear yet.
