Bug#65111: please update multicol.sty

Could you please package a new version of LaTeX (and specifically
multicol.sty)?  I need the \columnbreak command of multicol.sty, but
this wasn't implemented until multicol version 1.5u (1999/06/18).
Currently version 1.5t (1999/03/22) is in tetex-base (woody).
