Doesn't here. I run it from procmail, which is invoked from postfix:
(In /etc/procmailrc:)

My personal .procmailrc files supposed Spam in a separate folder.
I review this folder for false positives. Happens once a week or so.

You'd just be bombarding some innocent victim. I know. I received
about 20,000 bounces for invalid addresses.

I still find a Spam in my norfmal inbox now and then. Not enough
to warrant tweaking Spamassasin's rules.
