It would be good if you could create a table with: name / max amount allowed

For SPI, people should submit reimbursements by following this procedure:
https://www.spi-inc.org/treasurer/reimbursement-form/

I will then check the amount against your approval table.
You can also ask people to CC you in the RT ticket so you can double check if you want.
