I think we should use that to indicate which is the official Rails version that we consider the default (just as ruby-defaults, gcc-defaults etc). So right now I think we should bump it to 3.2. When Rails 4 is out, and if we decide that it should be the default, then we bump `rails` to depend on the rails 4 components. -- Antonio Terceiro <terceiro@debian.org>
