Letting mailcap and mime-support migrate

Control: severity -1 important

I'm reducing the severity of this bug because this forbids
mailcap and mime-support to migrate to testing and they have to
migrate because the current mime-support is uninstallable in
a freshly installed testing system because media-types
(installed by default due to its standard priority) has a Breaks against
the version of mime-support in testing.

I'm not sure why britney allowed media-types to migrate but
the fact is that we have a broken testing for anyone who runs
d-i on testing.

And while this bug is assigned against mailcap, the issue already exists
in testing where /etc/mailcap is likely handled by mime-support instead
of mailcap. So letting the package migrate does not allow any regression.

Cheers,
