A (possibly "no change") sourceful upload to force a rebuild of the
arch:all package.

A sourceful upload for which source package? src:golang has been removed from unstable and testing since 2016-10.

To avoid further delays, is this something you could NMU for us? If so, I’d much appreciate that. Thanks!
