I have found that on the download page...
...the provided file debian-live-testing-amd64-kde-desktop+nonfree.iso is actually pointing to an ISO for Jessie. I have confirmed this by running the live iso from a USB and calling uname -r . I have not checked the other iso files under that folder, but assume they are of the release Jessie after considering the time stamps.
I am looking for the live cd image of the latest build of Stretch (testing) with non-free firmware and KDE desktop for AMD64.
