The Ruby maintainers want to make sure ruby1.9.1 is not included in
Jessie.

Different from the ruby1.8 transition, which was huge and is almost
done, work on this one is just starting though it tends to be a lot
smoother.

We begin with ~140 packages in "bad" state, of which:

- ~120 will be able to be fixed with binNMU's once ruby-defaults is
  updated to not pull ruby1.9.1 anymore.

- ~20 seem to be explicitly (build-) depending on ruby1.9.1. We will
  investigate them individually, file bugs and when possible send
  patches. I don't expect this to be too much trouble, since packages
  that already work with ruby1.9.1 tend to not have problems with later
  versions.

Ben file:

title = "ruby1.9.1 removal";
is_affected = .depends ~ /ruby/ | .build-depends ~ /ruby/;
is_good = !(.depends ~ /ruby1.9.1/ | .build-depends ~ /ruby1.9.1/);
is_bad = .depends ~ /ruby1.9.1/ | .build-depends ~ /ruby1.9.1/;

Not scheduled as it has an open FTBFS bug (#743982)
