I just see one RC bug at http://bugs.debian.org/src:tty-clock -- the
remaining issues are of severity minor at most.

definitely don't look like "not being worked on" -- already one to two
days before this bug report was filed.

(Nevertheless the package on mentors seem to have vanished. Maybe
uploaded? Neither http://packages.qa.debian.org/t/tty-clock.html nor
http://incoming.debian.org/ show traces of an upload though.)
