if you can wait a bit, it might ease our pain to review both separately.
If the RC issues are introduced by .5, jumping for .4 to .6 directly
might make sense though. Otherwise, letting unstable users play with .6
while .5 /possibly/ migrates to testing, would probably be a good idea.

Between .4 and .5, I see jquery and 3rdparty stuff go away, which is
nice, even if the smb addition doesn't make me particularly happy. Not
sure I'll be the one reviewing that package anyway, just wanted to try
and answer your question.
