Bug#1033801: libqt6core5compat6-dev: Cannot install on Bullseye with backports

Package: libqt6core5compat6-dev
Severity: important
X-Debbugs-Cc: jeanmichael.celerier@gmail.com

Dear Maintainer,
When I try to install the package with apt I get:

libqt6core5compat6-dev : Depends: libqt6core5compat6 (= 6.3.1-2~bpo11+1) but 6.4.2-1~bpo11+1 is to be installed

It can be reproduced on a clean debian:bullseye docker image, with just the bullseye-backports repo added.

Cheers!
