Bug#863243: Changing font antialias settings breaks monospace font

Package: plasma-desktop
Version: 4:5.8.6-1

Dear maintainers,

After one changes font antialias settings in the Fonts KCM and applies them,
default Hack monospace font changes to Oxygen Mono. The latter has very
limited language support (no Cyrillic letters, for example) and lacks bold and
italic types. You can see the result in attached screenshots:

  * Cyrillic letters are displayed with a totally different font, which turns text
containing both Latin and Cyrillic letters into an ugly mess.

  * Absense of bold type harms syntax highlighting.

This bug exists because when Plasma developers decided to change default
fixed font from Oxygen Mono to Hack (for the reasons above), they forgot
to also change KCM defaults. It was trivially fixed in Plasma 5.8.7 [1]. Could
you apply this trivial fix to the Stretch version as well, please? (Changing font
antialias settings is not uncommon, and many users are likely to be hit by
this bug.) And if it's too late for 9.0, may it be included in later point release?
