Bug#824871: plasma-pa: Not right volume value

Package: plasma-pa
Version: 5.4.3-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

Volume value doesnt work correctly.

1) Set volume value. I use 15%.
2) Change activity then return to previous activity (default in my case).
Whithout this step problem also exists.
3) Open terminal (no active terminal windows before) -> top -> try to close
window without exiting top (using X button).
4) Your will hear notification at 100% and volume levels became set at 100%.

Best wishes,
John
