Was your previous version using Qt5? - Did you *just* upgrade qtcreator or did you do a system upgrade? The log is fairly obvious in that it's an OpenGL problem. If you switched to the Qt5 version, it could be the fact that it requires better OpenGL support. Except you can give us some other hint that this could really be a creator problem I'll close this bug soon.
