The "news" on the tracker pages seems to be updating, but the information
on package versions does not. This is most noticable for new Packages
where the page still says "Package is gone" over a week after the
package was first uploaded.

Indeed. Sorry for that, I had to reconfigure tracker.debian.org after the
removal of stretch... the update tasks were failing to find the stretch
repositories.

I should really get some notification system in place for non-transient
failures in tasks. :-|
