Package: qa.debian.org
Severity: normal

http://packages.qa.debian.org/a/adequate.html reads:
“The package should be updated to follow the last version of Debian Policy (Standards-Version 3.9.3 instead of 3.9.4).”

This is wrong, the last version of Debian Policy is 3.9.4.
